Introduction
In short, a very powerfull firewall configuration utility. Originally designed for Linux based routers,
but now supports basically any type of system. Supports easy to use XML based configuration of firewall,
traffic shaping, traffic logging and robust traffic graphing.
Project Goals
- Effectively manage bandwidth using RED-like formula
- Provide a means for graphing traffic flows
- Log traffic statistics
- Integrate firewalling and allow traffic flows to be matched using firewall rules
- XML configuration for easy portability and integration
- Compile and build on major Linux distributions
